"ARCHER"

Archer is co-owned with my friend and mentor, Loretta Spence. He is from my "dream litter", Kit and smooth blue champion from California. He and his sister, CJ, made their debut in the breed ring the day they turned six months old. CJ was Winners Bitch and Archer was Winners Dog, Best of Winners for their first points. Archer finished his championship at 13 ½ months with a major under Judge Lee Runnels. Ms. Runnels had given Kit a major win at a Collie Club Specialty two years before. She remembered that and even remembered Kit's registered name!! It was a great way to finish his championship! Archer also has a rough blue brother, "Walker" who is also a champion.

Loretta's daughter, Penney, is training Archer in performance. He will be out in the obedience and agility rings. He will also be seen in the herding arena (probably handled by Linda).

Archer has sired several litters; from the first litter he has a champion daughter, Aurora. His son, Phoenix, Sinkona From Ashes Bethara, is pointed and two other daughters (Kessa, major reserve winner and Pearl, major pointed) are starting their show careers. From his second litter he has a tri smooth daughter, Midnight, has finished her championship as well. Archer is an out-going, loving dog with a "want to" personality and sires beautiful, out-going puppies with pretty expressions and nice bodies.
