Sinkona Collies is located in Otis Orchards, Washington, east of Spokane. Linda has been involved in collies since 1973. Her daughter, Tanya, has been involved since 1995, and has never known a home without a collie. For over thirty years, Linda has been actively involved in promoting the all-around collie. She accomplishes this with a breeding program that develops the collie as a good companion first and foremost. She has shown many of her dogs in the breed ring resulting in many AKC Champions. Since the mid-nineties Linda and Tanya have been promoting the collie as a working dog. They have exhibited dogs in herding (sheep and ducks), agility, obedience and tracking.

Sinkona Collies’ philosophy is a simple one: Collie as all-around companion. They are members of the family and treated with the same accordance as any other member would be. Linda and Tanya strive to find the perfect balance between the quality show prospect and a dog with performance aptitude. In short, trophy dogs with drive and heart.
